How quickly can my Premium Pull Up Banner order be ready?

Production time begins after artwork proof approval. Here's a quick breakdown based on order size:

Up to 15 units: Ready in 24 hours (1 working day)
16 to 40 units: Ready in 48 hours (2 working days), following artwork approval and deposit (if total is over $3,300 incl. GST)
41 to 100 units: 3 working days after proof sign-off and deposit
101 to 200 units: 4 working days after proof sign-off and deposit

Is it safe to use Premium Pull Up Banners outdoors?

We don't recommend using these banners outdoors, as the large surface area can easily catch the wind. That said, some customers use them outside but avoid doing so in windy conditions.

What does Shopping Centre Approved Pull Up Banner mean?

Some shopping centres enforce strict height limits for signage. Our Shopping Centre Approved Pull Up Banners are designed with a maximum total height of 1400mm (including the base) to meet these regulations. However, requirements may differ between locations. It's always best to check directly with the centre's management before placing your order.

Do you offer banner replacements for existing pull-up banner stands?

We don't offer banner replacements for existing stands. Instead, we supply complete new units. Here's why:

Replacing the banner involves high labour costs.
Some stands get damaged during banner removal.
Many older stands are in poor condition and not suitable for reuse.
Our pricing on new complete units often makes replacement impractical.

How many poles come with a Premium Pull-Up Banner?

Each Premium Pull-Up Banner comes with one support pole, which slots in at the back to hold the banner upright.

Will there be additional setup fees if I have multiple designs?

Yes, our pricing includes setup for one design. If you're ordering multiple designs (for the same banner size), you'll still benefit from the bulk pricing, but a small multiple artwork charge applies to cover the extra setup.
